Aime started her professional career as an administrative assistant with the Gerald R. Ford Job Corp. She joined West Michigan Divorce as an administrative assistant/office manager in 2018. In addition to this role, she is also the administrator for Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Michigan (CDP) and Collaborative Practice Institute of Michigan (CPIM).
